How about a slightly more intellectual Tokyo sightseeing experience?
The museum exhibits a wide range of materials, including animal skeletons, stuffed animals, shells, ores, minerals, human anatomical models, laboratory equipment, mathematical models, and archaeological materials, centering on the academic specimens accumulated by the University of Tokyo since its founding in 1877. 🐳🦜
The architectural and spatial design is also wonderful. Its charm lies in the modern and sophisticated exhibition space, while retaining the historical elements of the former Tokyo Central Post Office. ✨
Just looking at the giraffe and whale skeletons, minerals, and shells stimulates curiosity.
It's an incredible facility, offering such valuable exhibits for free. 🆓😳
I was particularly impressed by the photographs of historical figure Tokugawa Yoshinobu. 🥹
Located right near Tokyo Station, in a shopping and dining-friendly shopping mall, it's definitely worth a visit!
