☕ Morning Comfort at DIXANS Suidobashi

A long-awaited visit to DIXANS Suidobashi, and it was every bit as good as I hoped. The café has that effortlessly cool and minimal vibe, with calm music and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the air — the kind of place where time seems to slow down.

We ordered the An Butter Toast (¥1000) and the Cheese Toast (¥1280), both beautifully prepared and rich in flavor. The sweet-salty balance of the an butter was simply perfect, while the cheese toast had just the right melt and crispness. Paired with a café latte, the combination was heavenly — the flavors complemented each other so well.

Another thing I love about DIXANS is that it opens early in the morning, making it an ideal stop to start your day slowly and beautifully in the city.
