This time, we indulged in the Premium Mont Blanc “HITOMALU” (¥2,500, served with roasted tea) — a masterpiece made using only the rare Hitomaru chestnut variety. Each portion is prepared with precision right before your eyes, creating a luxurious experience that feels more like “tasting autumn itself” than simply eating dessert.
