Bukit Kedaluh｜Sunrise trip under the starry sky 🌄✨

At 2 a.m., the alarm rang and I climbed out of bed sleepily, but it was still pitch dark outside. We quickly packed our gear, put on our warm coats and flashlights, and prepared to set off. The driver was already waiting at the entrance of the hotel. The car drove all the way to the mountains. As the altitude increased, the city lights gradually disappeared, replaced by a sky full of stars. The pure night sky was breathtaking.

After passing through the winding mountain road, we arrived at the trail entrance, which was already full of jeeps. In order to avoid traffic jams, the driver had to park at the foot of the mountain. We picked up our bags and started hiking up. The mountain road at night is quiet and mysterious. The dim light of the flashlight illuminates the road under your feet. Visibility is limited, but fortunately there are shops with lights on from time to time along the way, selling coffee and snacks, allowing people to take a break and replenish their energy.

After walking for a while, we came to the horse riding area, which offers short rides that can reduce a small part of the walking distance. However, the price was a bit high, so after considering it, we decided to continue moving forward on foot. As the altitude increases, the surrounding view gradually becomes wider, and the air is filled with a slightly cool mountain breeze, which invigorates people.

The last section of the road was a steep staircase. Although my legs were already sore, my heart was full of anticipation. Finally, when we reached the highest point, the scenery in front of us made us hold our breath - the clouds were layered and the outlines of the mountains were looming, like a painting rendered by the morning light. The sun slowly rises, golden rays shine on the mountaintops, and all the fatigue disappears at this moment.

This sunrise trip not only allowed us to witness the magnificent natural scenery, but also to experience the sense of accomplishment of hiking.
