夢を語れ 富山

Located where Tototei used to be, 夢を語れ 富山 had been on my radar for a while thanks to YouTube, and I finally got to visit! I arrived at 10:00 on a weekday, and as expected for such a popular spot, there were already about five people waiting.

One of the great features is the ability to choose your noodle portion—150g or 200g. The soup’s thickness, garlic, vegetable portions, and meat flavors were all perfectly balanced. The menu is simple and straightforward, making it easy to navigate.

The noodles were wonderfully chewy and satisfying. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to have more vegetables in the mini version. Still, everything was so delicious that I’ll definitely be back for more!
