I had been reading tons of great reviews about 牛杂天王 on social media. It seems like a must-try on Hong Kong and I was so eager to try it out that the first thing u did after landed in Hong Kong was to check this out. It was very close to our hotel and we were famished. Lucky us didn’t have to queue. We ordered their signature Emperor beef entrails. It was really nice and not something could be find elsewhere ! The curry fish balls and siu Mai was also very interesting! We enjoyed this snack a lot!
