The signature dish, "Stir-fried Crab Roe with Curry Crab Gravy," is a must-try. It boasts a rich coconut aroma, a subtle spiciness, and a refreshing sweetness, creating a rich and complex dish.

The "Fish Sauce Golden Clams" are marinated for a day in natural spice fish sauce, resulting in a fresh, sweet, and flavorful clams.
