[Uji] Why do people travel? Byodoin Temple Phoenix Hall

Why do we want to travel? When I think about it, I think it's not just about knowledge we've acquired from somewhere, but about obtaining information with our own eyes and deepening our humanity.

For example, the Phoenix Hall of Byodo-in Temple on the 10 yen coin is known to all Japanese people.

We know about it as knowledge, but I think there are many things we can't understand unless we actually go there and experience it.

When I say experience, it's not something so big, like seeing lotus flowers blooming. There was a Starbucks nearby. I had ice cream by the Uji River and it was delicious.

I think all of these things become my own experience points and enrich my life from now on.
