Take a break with some roasted green tea at Kamanariya Confectionery Shop, Uji, Kyoto

I visited in mid-November.

While sightseeing in Uji, I was hit by heavy rain so I took refuge in the eat-in area.
The eat-in area here is self-service.
After securing a seat, you can purchase cakes and drinks.

Although it was still early autumn, the rain was cold, so a warm Hojicha cappuccino (355 yen) was the best.

I often see Hojicha lattes, but this was my first time trying Hojicha cappuccino.
I'm happy that Uji has a wide variety of Hojicha soft serve ice cream, Hojicha crepes, and Hojicha-based sweets.
