Bloedel Conservatory – Small but Worth a Stop
📍 Located at the top of Queen Elizabeth Park (~20 min from downtown).
💡 A compact indoor tropical garden with exotic plants and over 100 free-flying birds. Great spot if you’re into nature, photography, or just want a peaceful break from the city.
🎟️ Entry fee is low (~8 CAD), takes ~30–45 mins to explore.
🌿 Well-maintained, climate-controlled dome – perfect for rainy days.
🦜 The birds are active and colorful – good fun for both adults and kids.
✅ Tips:
Combine with a walk around Queen Elizabeth Park (great panoramic view of Vancouver from the top).
Go in the morning for fewer crowds and better bird activity.
#historicallandmarks No food inside, but there’s a Seasons in the Park restaurant nearby if needed.
👍 Ideal as a quick, relaxing detour. Not a “must-see” if time is tight, but definitely enjoyable if you’re already in the area.
