⛪ Majestic and Moving: Saint Peter’s Basilica Experience

Stepping into Saint Peter’s Basilica was like entering a sacred masterpiece of faith, history, and breathtaking artistry. The scale alone is humbling — from the awe-inspiring dome to the stunning Baldachin by Bernini and the marble-clad floors, every inch tells a story of devotion and brilliance.

I was especially captivated by Michelangelo’s Pietà — so delicate and emotional in person. We also climbed to the top of the dome for sweeping views over Vatican City and the rooftops of Rome. The climb was a workout, but absolutely worth it!

Despite the constant stream of visitors, there’s a reverent calm that fills the space. It’s more than a tourist site — it’s a place that stirs something within you.
