Warm Reception and Memorable Moments at Velavaru

Upon our arrival at Velavaru, Sophie's cordial welcome immediately impressed us. She guided us around the island, detailing everything we should notice, recommended our favorite BBQ, and promptly arranged an event for us. Her presence truly elevated our trip. Sophie is incredibly patient; she's more than just a staff member, she became our first and dearest friend on the island. I eagerly anticipate returning to meet her again. Additionally, we're grateful to Appa at the main restaurant. His enthusiasm and attention to detail were remarkable. He ensured our experiences and tastes were to our satisfaction, promptly resolved any issues, and even gifted us a handmade token, which touched us deeply. Moreover, our gratitude extends to Captain Omet (I may have misspelled his name); he was extremely enthusiastic and patient, thanks to him we caught three delicious large fish. Finally, I want to express our gratitude to every person working at Velavaru—they made our journey delightful and unforgettable.
