Countryside Rest

🇯🇵Wakayama Countryside Tour D4:
Although the forecast for today's rain probability is 50%, the reality is that the sun is shining brightly. I didn't pay much attention, and the warm sunshine left a mark on my skin☀️.

In the morning, I took the bus to Wakayama Castle. I saw a bucket of walking sticks on the roadside for people to take, and I thought: "Do I need to use a walking stick to go to the castle tower?" As a result, I walked a few steps and instantly realized: This slope is really not a joke. Climbing up at noon is really a bit challenging💦. But all the hard work is worth it. When you climb to the top observation deck, the cool breeze blowing in your face, coupled with the view of Wakayama Bay in the distance, makes people want to stay there for a while, it's really refreshing!

For lunch, I chose a famous local store. I was so lucky that I didn't have to queue up at all! The fried pork cutlet set meal is less than 1,100 yen. With this price and this deliciousness, I should report it often in Taiwan.

After returning to Wakayama Station in the afternoon, I immediately went to Platform 9 to buy the "Kishigawa Line One-Day Ticket" full of local characteristics, ready to visit the cute cat stationmaster!

The first train I took was the Tama Electric Railway Miujiam (Kodama Museum Train). The interior of the train is full of cat elements, and every detail is super cute! Cat lovers should be reluctant to get off the train!
The second train was a train with the theme of animal protection. Although the interior is relatively simple, it also has local characteristics.
The third train is the most classic Tama Kodama Electric Railway. The body is designed with a cat face, and there are cat ear chairs and cat paw prints in the car. The whole healing is bursting!

This trip on the Kishigawa Line was unexpectedly the one with the most tourists in the past few days. In addition to the bustle, I also encountered a scene that made people feel helpless-there was a Taiwanese family in the same car, letting three children hang around holding the rings, almost treating the carriage as a playground, but the adults turned a blind eye. That look is really a bit of a head-scratcher.

Although you will always encounter various people and things during your journey, these little episodes may also be part of the journey. I will leave the Strawberry Tram and the Plum Tram for my next visit. There are still many corners of this city worth slowly exploring.

#Come here if you are tired of playing in big cities
#What to do if you don’t want to go back and face reality
#Let’s have a beef tongue set meal for the last dinner
