[Hokkaido] The northernmost point! I visited Cape Soya

I came to Cape Soya, the northernmost point of the main island of Hokkaido. As it is the northernmost point, the surrounding area has become a tourist destination. It is located along the road, so it is easily accessible. On the other side of the very conspicuous object, there is only the sea, as you would expect. As it is a tourist destination, there are souvenir shops and restaurants lined up along the road. There were a lot of people there, especially people on motorcycles.

Access: About 50 minutes by bus from JR Wakkanai Station, free parking available
