New Chinese Restaurant in Wan Chai

Every time I celebrate a birthday with my family, I want to take them to eat Chinese food~ This time, we happened to choose this restaurant that just officially opened the day before 😋
The rose smoked chicken is not dry and very flavorful~ The chicken is also very tender 😋 The rose jelly pigeon is also very fragrant~ I really like this dish! Super flavorful 😋
The steamed egg with clam is also very tender and smooth~ The clams inside are also very big! The steamed minced meat patty with three dried ingredients is also packed with fillings! Plus, the patty is not too dense, hard, or dry~ It’s very soft~ This one is also very good 😋
The mustard jelly whelk is also very thoughtful, with the whelk meat all taken out~ The sakura shrimp salad tastes very refreshing 🥗
The claypot with dried shrimp and seasonal vegetables and the fresh mushroom tofu stew are also good~~ The portions are quite large and very fragrant ☺️
