Wan Chai Food: New interpretations of classic noodle dishes from across China

The newly opened Hopewell Arcade features a Chinese noodle restaurant specializing in classic noodle dishes from around China. MOODLE BY THE GRAND offers not only noodles but also cold dishes and snacks. Eschewing the traditional atmosphere of a traditional noodle shop, the restaurant embraces a modern and comfortable dining environment. Its most distinctive feature is its open kitchen, allowing you to watch the chefs prepare their dishes up close.

🍜 Nanjing Belly Noodles (HKD 88)
The broth is smooth and rich, and paired with the slender noodles, each bite is bursting with flavor. The toppings are also quite generous, including crispy pork skin, pork liver, tomatoes, and vegetables.

🍜 Henan Braised Noodles (HKD 98) & Shanghai Steamed Shrimp Wontons (HKD 68) The former boasts a milky white broth and is equally rich in flavor.
The latter, with its refreshing broth, is not cloying and has a delicate aroma.

Overall, the prices are mid-range, so a full meal here isn't exactly affordable.
So, I'm just looking for a restaurant that offers fine noodle dishes.
