Weifang is a great small city, without the crowds of a big city. You must visit because of the kites.

In the morning, head to Shihu Garden to admire the best-preserved Jiangnan-style garden in northern China. Experience the life of a wealthy family in ancient times. The visit takes about 2 hours.

Lunch: We recommend trying the local specialty Weifang Rouhuoshao or Hele.

In the afternoon, visit the Weifang Kite Museum to learn about kite culture. Admission is free. The visit takes about 1 hour.
