Hiking at Shuitong’ao , Where Mountains Meet the Sea

Went hiking at Shuitong’ao (水桶岙) and it honestly felt like the best of both worlds green mountains on one side, and the ocean stretching out on the other. The trail winds along the coast with views that hit different when there’s sea breeze in your face and cliffs under your feet.

Why It’s Worth It:
• Mountain + beach combo? Yes please ⛰️🌊
• Peaceful, not touristy just nature and you
• Great views the whole way, especially near the cliff edges

Good to Know:
• Bring water, not many shops around
• Hiking shoes recommended, parts of the trail are rocky
• Best on clear days for that sea view sparkle
