Wenzhou Jiaye Hotel
The hotel is located in Sanyang Wetland, opposite Mixc. It's convenient for shopping or strolling in the park. Despite being across from the mall, the hotel is very quiet.
A shuttle bus picks you up from the parking lot and takes you to the entrance. Someone escorts you to your room for check-in and explains how everything works.

The room amenities are quite good. It's lovely to stay in on a rainy day, playing music on the room's sound system and watching the rain. Pure bliss.
The only downside is the breakfast. There's not much variety, which is a bit disappointing.
