Exceptional Service at Courtyard Marriott

During my brief visit to the Courtyard Marriott, Mr. Levi had the pleasure of checking me in, and he made the whole experience truly memorable. I also deeply value the hotel's effort in exceeding expectations by presenting elite guests with a complete breakfast along with drink vouchers. These gestures make me feel very valued as a Bonvoy Titanium member. I hope all Bonvoy hotels could offer the same warm hospitality as the Courtyard Melbourne.
