A forest retreat near Wuhan that looks like a fairy tale world

👋 Hey guys! Today, I want to share a great place for a weekend getaway near Wuhan. It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city! The scenery is especially beautiful in autumn!

📍 Location: Wuhan Huangpi · Yuhe Fuzishanju

🚗 Transportation:
Drive from Hankou and navigate to "Yuhe Fuzishanju." It takes about 1.5 hours by car. You'll pass a winding road and a quiet village before you arrive at the homestay.

🏡 Accommodation:
We chose a forest cabin in Taoshan. 🛖 The large floor-to-ceiling windows are amazing. It feels like you're living in the forest. It's so comfortable. 😌 The cabins are built by the lake, and each one has its own balcony. Sit on the futon by the window, make a cup of hot tea, and enjoy the lake view. It's so relaxing!

🗺 There are many activities to do:
👒 Boat ride 🚣🏻: Take a bamboo raft on Fuzitan and enjoy the view of Fuzishan. It's like you're in a painting. It feels like you're in an ancient Chinese landscape painting.
🎣 Fishing by the lake 🎣: Don't worry if you're a beginner. There are many fish here. You can often see fish jumping out of the water. It's so much fun!
🚶‍♀️ Hiking 🚶: Walk in the mountains, breathe the fresh air, pass through bamboo forests and tea gardens, and climb to the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenery. You'll be healed by the charm of nature.
🍅 Picking 🍅: Experience the fun of planting and picking. There are many fresh fruits and vegetables. It feels like you're in the movie "Little Forest."
🏇 Horseback riding 🏇: Go on a wild horseback riding trip in the mountains and get close to nature. It's so much fun!
There are also many non-powered amusement facilities. Kids can have fun. It's a great place for the whole family!

🍜 Dining:
Breakfast is included. There's a great restaurant by the lake. The homestay has its own vegetable garden. The rice and some vegetables are homegrown. They're green and healthy, and they taste good!
