I'd love to live here, falling asleep to the river every night. I've been planning this trip for a long time, with Wushan always on my collection list of places to visit around Chongqing. Finally, I made it to Wushan to enjoy its mountains and waters. After looking at many accommodations, I decided to choose one with a river view.

My friend and I chose the Yishui Lou Hotel, located in Zhuzhi Village in Wushan. It's nestled against layered green mountains and faces the mighty Yangtze River. When we arrived at Wushan Station by high-speed rail, the hotel had already sent someone to pick us up - so thoughtful!

Entering our room, a huge floor-to-ceiling window revealed the Wushan county town across the river and the deep blue-green waters.
I knew we had made the right choice. This was exactly the room we wanted.
