🌿Introduction
Known as the "Open-air Museum of Jiangnan History," Huishan Ancient Town has three must-see highlights:
1. Millennium Ancestral Halls: Over 120 halls from the Tang to Republic periods densely packed within 0.3 square kilometers, including those of historical figures like Fan Zhongyan and Sima Guang.
2. Jichang Garden: One of Jiangnan's Four Great Gardens, visited by Emperor Qianlong six times. The prototype for the Summer Palace's Garden of Harmonious Interests, featuring the musical Eight Tones Ravine and picturesque reflections in Jinhuui Pond.
3. Intangible Cultural Heritage: Huishan clay figurines (national-level heritage), the "Second Spring Under Heaven" (certified by Lu Yu), and the birthplace of the erhu piece "Moon Reflected in Second Spring," showcasing centuries-old living traditions.
