Wuyi Mountain in Fujian is a treasure trove, described by the poet Li Shangyin as "a thousand peaks rising from the ground, jagged and jade-like." The beauty of Wuyi Mountain lies in its strange peaks and rocks, winding streams and rivers. It has been designated as a World Heritage Site by the United Nations and is not inferior to Yangshuo in any way.
The mountains and rivers are like a landscape painting. When you are boating quietly on the Jiuqu Rafting Creek, the morning light shines through the mist on the mountains. Everything seems quiet and profound. You can also walk up the 800-plus steps to Zhizhi Temple, reflect on life, and slow down time.
Walking into a teahouse in Wuyi Mountain, the aroma of tea wafts in the air. The air here carries the freshness of the mountains and forests, and the tranquility of tea instantly calms one's mood. The tea garden is filled with fragrance and the mountains are green. Every scene is whispering about the leisurely time. It looks like a quietly unfolding ink painting, or like a flowing poem. The tea artist brews a cup of tea, the tea soup is clear and transparent, and the smooth sweetness melts on the tip of the tongue in one sip, with a hint of floral and fruity sweetness, warming the heart. Listening to them telling the story of tea, I realized that this cup of tea, from the picking of high mountain tea buds to the meticulous processing of each step, is the result of countless efforts and dedication of tea makers.
