[Xi'an Huimin Street] A city with a mix of cultures, where many Hui ethnic minorities live

Huimin Street is a town where many of the Hui ethnic minority live.

It is a popular tourist spot in Xi'an, with many restaurants and general stores where you can enjoy the cuisine of the Muslim Hui people and Xi'an cuisine.

There are plenty of Xi'an cuisines, such as Biang Biang noodles, mutton pao mou (yangrou pao mou), rou jia mou (roujiamou), mutton xiaolongbao (xiaolongbao dumplings), and osmanthus cake! Every shop was popular and there were long lines.

The rou jia mou was delicious!
