There is more than one way to drink sour plum soup? Huifang Double Flavor is Super Special

In Xi'an Huifang, there are many shops selling sour plum soup, which is a must-drink for locals to cool off and quench their thirst. While waiting for the call from Ma Bo BBQ, I bought a cup of fermented glutinous rice wine to quench my thirst. It tastes slightly sweeter than ordinary sour plum soup. My friend chose a combination of flavors - sour plum soup + fermented glutinous rice, which tastes milder, less sour and more sweet.

What’s special is that the store also has a check-in activity, where you can get a small box of seedless pickled plums for free. They are moderately sweet and sour and quite delicious. This special double combination is very special, you may want to try it when you come to Huifang!
