[Xi'an] Eat beef and lamb dumplings in Huimin Street

I ate beef and lamb xiaolongbao in the Hui People's Street in Xi'an. The Hui people are Muslims and don't eat pork, so they used beef and lamb.

The spices were strong and there was no smell of beef or lamb. The soup overflowed from inside and was very delicious.

And above all, the sesame sauce liangpi (pic 3) was exquisite! The liangpi was thick like udon noodles and the rich sesame sauce was delicious.
