After consulting the clerk, I learned that this dessert was specially developed by the chef who just returned from Dubai to work in Xiamen. Compared with the conventional after-meal dessert cake or ice cream, this dessert with local characteristics is more memorable.
We went back to eat again before leaving the store the next day and ordered this dessert separately!
