Xiamen University 📚

We entered Xiamen University just as the morning light filtered softly through the banyan trees, the air still cool with a hint of salt from the nearby sea 🌳📚🌊. The campus stretched wide and green, where old red-brick buildings stood with quiet pride beside lotus-filled lakes and shaded courtyards. Students cycled past with ease, their laughter trailing behind like notes in a familiar song.

We wandered along Furong Lake, its surface dotted with lotus leaves and the occasional ripple of fish beneath the water 🌸🚴♂️🍃. The rooftops of the Jiageng-style architecture peeked elegantly above the treetops, blending tradition with the rhythm of student life. It didn’t feel like just a university it felt like a garden with a mind of its own, where every path offered both knowledge and peace, and where the line between learning and living seemed beautifully blurred 📖🏞️🎐.
