Discover a hidden autumn wonderland near Beijing! 🍂
A friend told me that Sumushan in Ulanqab is already covered in red leaves.
I searched all over the internet and found hardly anyone has posted about it.
So I decisively decided to check it out myself.
When I arrived, I realized this place is basically a mini version of Kanas, breathtakingly beautiful!! 😭

Only 1.5 hours by high-speed train from Beijing 🚄 Let’s go, sisters!

High-speed train 🚅:
Beijing Qinghe Station → Xinghe North Station
Travel time: 1 hour 46 minutes 💰117 RMB
Taxi is very convenient from the station~

Self-driving 🚘:
3.5 hours direct from Beijing
The scenery along the way is also top-notch!

Shuttle from parking lot to main gate: 10 RMB

📸 Photo tips:
The mountain top is great for panoramic views
But the Binglingjian plank road at the foot of the mountain is the ultimate photo spot!
Wearing bright colors is recommended for better photos~

It’s about 10°C on the mountain in October
Layer up: windbreaker + fleece liner
or warm sweatshirt + scarf and hat
Don’t forget your heat packs!
