[Kitakyushu Trip] The hardest izakaya to get a reservation at in Japan

It's no exaggeration to say that I planned my trip to Kitakyushu just to go here. This is a restaurant I definitely wanted to go to. I made a reservation more than half a year ago and made plans for my trip. This is a super popular restaurant in Kitakyushu that has been ranked #1 in the Tabelog Izakaya category and is also one of the top 100 restaurants in Japan. I started by eating sashimi, which was very fresh, thick, and filling, and I was surprised at how delicious it was from the start. The salad was topped with a fluffy, runny egg, and was as filling as an omelette. It was difficult to eat with chopsticks. It was so heavy that I couldn't even lift it🤣

The chawanmushi was also hot, creamy, and the best♡

And the onigiri🍙

They were big, the saltiness was perfect, and even when I was full I could eat two😋

I also tried a lot of other things, but everything was delicious🥰🥰🥰

They served it quickly, and the prices were reasonable🙆♀️

And the chef's personality was great🥹✨

If you go, you'll understand why it's so hard to make a reservation❣️
