
The Jianling Mausoleum of the Tang Dynasty, located in Santiao Village, Zhuangli Town, Fuping County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, is the mausoleum of Emperor Yizong of the Tang Dynasty, Li Yi. In July of the 14th year of the Xiantong reign (873), the 41-year-old Emperor Yizong died of illness due to excessive debauchery and was buried in Jianling Mausoleum. Jianling Mausoleum is nestled against a mountainside, with the outer que sites of the East and West Divine Gates built on the mountain. The Shimaling Mausoleum, where the outer que site of the North Divine Gate is located, is located on a flat and open terrain. Jianling Mausoleum currently houses gate lions, two winged horses, two stone horses, and two stone men. The winged horses have been moved to the entrance of the Shaanxi History Museum. The Jianling Mausoleum of the Tang Dynasty is also a first-batch key cultural relic protection site in Shaanxi Province.
