I recently dined at a restaurant specialising in Yonezawa beef, and it was a luxurious experience from start to finish.

The ambience was elegant, featuring private rooms that added to the exclusivity. The service was exceptional; when I accidentally spilt my sake, they promptly replaced it without hesitation.

We had the option of choosing shabu-shabu or grilled beef, and I highly recommend going with the shabu-shabu. The staff expertly handled the preparation, ensuring that the meat was cooked perfectly.

Overall, it was a memorable meal, combining top-notch service with high-quality ingredients in a sophisticated setting.
