The residence of Chen Tingjing, the Grand Scholar of the Wenyuan Pavilion and teacher of Emperor Kangxi, with the inscription "Xidu Shize" on the main gate of the Chen family mansion, the inscription "Bingyuan Dujian" on the main gate of Zhang Pengyun, and the inscription "En Jinshi" on the main gate of Wang Weishi, all showcase the owner's identity, social status, and cultural literacy to the world.

The buildings here are adorned with intricate carvings, including exquisite stone carvings, brick carvings, wood carvings, shadow walls, plaques, couplets, and inscriptions, all over the city, reflecting the glorious traces of the past.

🏠 Guoyu Ancient City is adjacent to the Royal Prime Minister's Mansion, but they are two separate scenic spots. Each scenic spot has one good accommodation. It takes about 10 minutes to walk between the two scenic spots.
