Nature and History in Yangsan: A Journey to Imgyungdae & Tongdosa

Yangsan, located near Busan, is a popular destination for day trips. This time, I visited **Imgyungdae** and **Tongdosa**, where you can enjoy both the beauty of nature and historical significance😊

First, **Imgyungdae (臨鏡臺)** is situated at the confluence of the Nakdong River and Yangsan Stream. The serene and clear scenery along the river, resembling a mirror, is said to have inspired its name, 'Imgyung' (meaning 'facing a mirror')✨. Especially during sunset, the crimson sky reflected on the river creates a perfect spot for photography📸.

Another must-visit place is Tongdosa! As one of Korea's Three Jewel Temples, it is a special temple that enshrines the Buddha's relics🙏. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it attracts numerous domestic and international visitors. Upon entering the temple grounds, the tranquil atmosphere and centuries of history bring a sense of calm🍃.

If you're planning a trip to Yangsan, I highly recommend these two spots where you can enjoy nature, history, and healing all at once!🌸
