View from the Top (Ruyi Peak, Yangshuo)

Ruyi Peak is a must-visit for those wishing to conquer their fear of heights. Towering above Yangshuo, overlooking the shadows of hundreds of mountain peaks in the distance. The cable car is a short ride to the top with magnificent views of the landscape and agriculture of the town. A long rope bridge takes you to the next peak and many, many stairs to climb to a large circular platform from which you can enjoy 360 degree views, as far as the eyes can see. This scenic spot also offers a glass bridge and a glass platform that wraps around the mountain like a necklace (¥5 for shoe covers. keep your receipt to use for both areas). The whole trip should take between and 1-2 hours at a leisurely pace if it’s not busy. You do not need a guide.
