Hubei's Premier Marvelous Lake - Xian' Dao Lake in Huangshi

Xian' Dao Lake is not a fairyland but is more enchanting than one, with extremely beautiful scenery, it's a haven on earth.

Xian' Dao Lake is also a provincial-level ecological tourism scenic area, a CCTV film and television shooting base, and a national 4A-level scenic spot. It is known as one of the 'Three Great Thousand Island Lakes' in the world, alongside Qiandao Lake in Hangzhou and Thousand Islands Lake in Canada.

Xian' Dao Lake has undergone tremendous changes over time. The Tang dynasty poet Luo Binwang's hermitage and mausoleum's holy relics are still present, the 'Flying Bell' from the late Ming dynasty's Jiajing year of Jia Yin is well-preserved, and the inscriptions on the 'Ling Tong Xian Dao' stele are clear and distinct.

All year round: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 17:30 (Ticket sales from 8:00-14:30)

Note
Xian' Dao Lake and the City in the Sky are two separate scenic areas, but they are very close to each other

Admission
Xian' Dao Lake includes the East and West lines, the cost includes the main ticket + boat ticket
Huangshi Tourism Annual Pass (100 yuan, includes the main tickets for the East line, West line, and the City in the Sky)
Hubei Tourism Annual Pass (300 yuan, only includes Xian' Dao Lake) allows free main ticket
An additional 40 yuan for the boat ticket is required
Some attractions require an additional fee
City in the Sky, admission is 100 yuan, cable car round trip is 150 (one way 70, the other 80)
You can choose to hike the whole way, or take a one-way cable car, or both ways by cable car
Huangshi Tourism Annual Pass only includes the main ticket for the City in the Sky, cable car is charged separately.

Tips for Visiting
Book accommodation in advance, purchase/reserve tickets
Ice cream/water is available for sale in the scenic area
If you bring children, you can bring your own snacks/fruits
Super suitable for photography, wearing bright colors will be very photogenic
