Zhuzhou Yan Emperor Mausoleum + Shennong Valley Two-Day Tour

At the southernmost tip of Zhuzhou, about 300 kilometers away from Changsha, Shennong Valley and Yan Emperor Mausoleum are definitely cool retreats. I went there during the Dragon Boat Festival, and it was a place with few people and beautiful scenery. The Yan Emperor Mausoleum is indeed blessed by Shennong, a sacred place for praying, and the weather was incredibly nice!
Switching to Shennong Valley, the weather suddenly turned into a fine drizzle in the valley, giving a wonderful feeling of being in a primeval forest. The beaded curtain waterfall was definitely the most surprising, with rapid water flow and splashing water droplets, making one feel amazing being enveloped in the mist.
It's truly a must-visit destination for off-the-beaten-path travel.
