Experience a dream train journey in Kyushu, Japan ~ Aso Boy

This is a mobile train park designed specifically for family travelers, where you can enjoy a variety of interesting activities and food while admiring the beautiful scenery of Mount Aso. Aso Boy is a black and white train with a very distinctive appearance. Its cab is on the upper level, and the lower level is a panoramic window, allowing you to enjoy the scenery along the way.

‼ ️It only runs once a week on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, from Beppu Station to Aso Station, the whole journey takes about two hours. If you hold Kitakyushu JR PASS, you can take the Aso Boy for free, but it is recommended that you pay 1,000 yen online in advance to reserve a seat to avoid being left out‼ ️

The interior of the Aso Boy is very spacious and comfortable, with a variety of different seats and facilities. The first carriage has a panoramic window with sofa seats and a dining table at the back, making it suitable for families or couples. The second carriage is the white bear carriage, which has a black coffee shop, white bear seats for parents and children, a wooden game pool and a reading space😆

There is also an interesting activity on the Aso Boy 😚 which is to find 101 little black ones. Xiao Hei is the mascot of the Aso Boy. They are hidden in various places on the train. If you can find them, you can get Xiao Hei's peripheral products as a souvenir~
