Mongkok Zao Mu Charcoal House celebrates Father's Day

I went to Mong Kok to celebrate Father's Day by eating Korean food. #OakTanKai uses oak charcoal as the raw material for charcoal barbecue. It is the first in Hong Kong to adopt this cooking form to lock in the freshness of food.

The restaurant is decorated mainly in wood, with spacious seating and a perfect ventilation system, so you don't feel stuffy when grilling. We chose the King's Way package ($698 + 10% service charge), where you can choose the waiter to barbecue for us, the service is really good.

Appetizers, you can order and eat as you like. Kimchi is delicious🌶️, pickled cucumber is crispy, soybean sprouts are fresh, lotus root slices are very cool, cheese corn, lettuce blue

Dandan miso eggplant🍆
The eggplant is soft and tender, with the freshness of bean paste and miso, which is very tasty

Today, I found four grilled parts 🥩 (Wagyu beef breast, Korean beef shoulder, Wagyu beef tendon, famous beef ribs, Gyeongju pork), with Gyeongju pork garnished into a rose 🌹
Try all five beautiful Korean beef at once, each wagyu beef has a snowflake texture, and the fat is evenly distributed, the meat is full of juice, you can't stop eating 🤩!

Red shrimp🦐 with big cuttlefish🦑
The red shrimp is eaten as sashimi, very fresh and sweet and refreshing; the squid is soft and crispy.

Eel rice from Incheon🐟
The eel is topped with barbecue sauce, served with pearl rice, egg strips, and scallions

Cheesecake 🍰 with strawberry 🍓
The cheesecake is soft and smooth, low in sugar and not too sweet
