Don't miss this photogenic and delicious ramen restaurant in Jiaoxi, Yilan. It has its own parking lot, a giant cat as the welcome sign, and numerous cat paintings on the walls. The owner's thoughtful touches are evident throughout the shop. The small cart, succulents, and plant landscaping create stunning photo opportunities.

The highlight is the rich ramen broth, soaking up every noodle, and the barbecued pork is incredibly delicious. Then there are the side dishes. This is the Shufei chicken breast. The Shufei chicken is tender without being tough, and the seasoning, along with a little pesto and red chili pepper, has a subtle numbness. I could easily finish half the meat with just the sauce.

The owner's braised dishes are also excellent. The flavorful sauce, combined with the owner's homemade sauce, makes it so delicious you'll want more. Yilan is a traffic jam-stricken place, so why not grab a bowl of ramen before heading home? 😋
