A street with traditional charm and ancient town vibes

Not large but you can spend hours exploring - it's commercialized yet maintains an authentic living atmosphere

Every household has purple clay craftsmen - men, women, young and old creating various purple clay artworks

Time seems to stand still here, giving it an authentic feel like a truly living old street

"Dongpo Academy" is also nearby - worth checking out when visiting Yixing👀

2️⃣ Yixing Bamboo Sea 🌟🌟🌟🌟✅

Yixing's iconic attraction with cable car🚠 option or hiking through bamboo forests

The scenery can be a bit monotonous and requires good weather☀️

But it's perfect for refreshing your lungs and enjoying the negative ions👍

3️⃣ Taozu Shengjing 🌟 ❌

The cave inside is extremely underwhelming and the entrance fee🎫 is quite expensive

Not as impressive as "Shanjuan Cave" or "Zhanggong Cave"

The only bamboo forest glass walkway requires an additional fee (see pic 9)

The path is very short - takes less than 10 minutes to complete - strongly recommend avoiding this trap❗️

Many exquisite shops worth checking out

A small gathering place for young artists in downtown Yixing

Located near Shushan Ancient South Street - can be visited together
