Teppanyaki in Yokohama Seryna Steak Dome

While touring Yokohama during fall season, we came across this old vintage style restaurant setting serving Teppanyaki menu. There is a wide range of courses to be chosen, and we chose a Kobe beef set, featuring A5 Wagyu beef from Hyogo. It is an 8 course meal serving food from appetizer, soup, seafood, steak to dessert. The chef will explain the source of the materials and the name of the dishes, and every dishes will be served in order. The ingredients are very fresh, prepared carefully and you can literally enjoy the old vintage style ambience. After meal, you will be escorted to a lounge where tea/coffee and dessert will be served. It is indeed a wonderful Teppanyaki experience.
