🍣This "立食殨 すし横" is located in the Yokohama ポルタ underground food street directly connected to Yokohama Station. It is a new standing sushi restaurant that opened this year. The other two branches are located in Tokyo Station and Shinjuku Station, and they are also famous restaurants where gourmets often line up.
🍣 Together with "立讨 すし横", "天ぷら ばく天" and "うなぎ ろ鉄", it forms the "Edo-mae Yokocho", satisfying a variety of Edo food experiences at once.
🍣It is a standing sushi brand that has become popular recently. It focuses on allowing customers to easily taste authentic sushi made by chefs in front of the restaurant. The sushi table is golden and delicious and photogenic!

Food/Recommendation
🍣Lively atmosphere and diverse choices. The interior decoration is like a gorgeous stall, with a U-shaped bar design, providing table seats and standing food options. More than 40 types of nigiri sushi, you can choose 1 or 2 pieces, and the cheapest 2 pieces is only 180 yen.
🍣Fresh ingredients, local characteristics. In addition to direct delivery from Toyosu Market, it also exclusively uses fresh local fish caught on the day in Sagami Bay. There are also luxurious ingredients on the menu. Today I ordered Shirako Gunkan and Chu-Matsuo Tuna to reward myself!
🍣Itamae craftsmanship, fast serving. The craftsmen are superb, and even the more labor-intensive scallion sushi is also available, which is not available in ordinary affordable conveyor belt sushi restaurants. The overall portion is moderate, suitable for a light drink and better flavor!
