The Westin Yokohama – A Luxury Hotel in the Heart of Yokohama's Minato Mirai District

The Westin Yokohama just opened earlier this year and is brand new. Every corner still smells of wooden furniture and the warm, modern design concept is truly relaxing, truly befitting the Westin brand known for its authentic relaxation.

📍 Location
The hotel is located in the Minato Mirai area, not far from Yokohama Station. It's only a 5-minute taxi ride away, making it convenient for those with a lot of luggage.

🛏️ Room
On this trip, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to an Executive Suite (we had to negotiate quite a bit 😅), but the room we got was truly worth it! It was spacious, clean, and brand new. From the furniture to the Westin's signature Heavenly Bed, it wasn't until 6 PM that we finally got our room, but luckily we were able to make it through, allowing for a standard late check-out of 4 PM.

What impressed me most was the welcome bottle of Moët & Chandon in the room. It's a gesture that instantly puts a smile on guests' faces. 🍾✨

🍽️ Club Lounge
I have to say the Club Lounge here is "the best," especially for beer lovers. They have Kirin and Guinness on tap. The food is served in a serious, satisfying way. There are two time slots to choose from:

17:00 - 19:30

19:30 - 21:00

Choose any time that's convenient for you. The lounge is spacious and not crowded, and the service is attentive.

☕ Breakfast
If you're dining in the lounge, the menu is comprehensive. But if you want a more diverse selection, we recommend redeeming your Welcome Gift for the buffet downstairs. There are several additional items, including pastries, Japanese food, and international dishes. Overall, the difference isn't that significant.

💪 Amenities
Brand new fitness center Fully equipped with Technogym equipment, fitness enthusiasts will love it. There's also an indoor pool for a relaxing swim after exploring the city.
