Here, you can not only savor authentic delicacies but also dress in Song Dynasty attire, instantly transporting you back to that era. Each dish is accompanied by a poem, and your meal is enhanced by performances of song and dance with guzheng music, making you dream of a thousand years ago—a true feast for both the eyes and the palate.

*Upon entering, you are greeted by staff in full ancient costumes, wearing mysterious veils, as if stepping through time, immersing you instantly in the life of the Song Dynasty.

*The long corridor is adorned with calligraphy and paintings by famous artists, with the "Along the River During the Qingming Festival" scroll guiding your imagination to the customs of Bianliang in the Song Dynasty. The restaurant feels like a fairyland, with a bamboo-lined path at the entrance of the first floor creating a poetic atmosphere. The first floor features open seating, while the second floor offers private rooms equipped with traditional writing tools, exuding ancient charm.

*As for the food, every dish is stunning, truly a delight for all senses. A special mention goes to the homemade yogurt served before the meal—absolutely irresistible.

*Song-Style Braised Lemon Salmon: A light touch on the tongue, the orange-red fish releases its rich, fatty aroma, with a tender texture that spreads instantly. A squeeze of lemon adds a fresh fruity note, making each bite a pure indulgence.
