At Hoshino Resorts, you can experience various activities unique to the region. The first thing I tried upon checking in was the 'bukubuku tea,' a traditional Okinawan custom. 🍵

I was surprised by how filling the rice hot water & foam was, but I learned that this practice was historically infused with the wish to heal the fatigue of travelers and to pray for their safety on long journeys. 😌💭

The representative 'Makai' pottery of Yachimun, which you can choose with your favorite patterns, was fun, and the accompanying 'chinsuko' cookies with their subtle sweetness were very delicious. 😋
