Amazing Staff and Memorable Celebrations

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were incredibly impressed by the Arabian Club room, the hotel's fantastic location, and above all, the outstanding staff. From Aman at the pool and beach area to the reception, everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Special kudos to Ferdous and William in the palace lounge for their exceptional hospitality, making us feel extra special with their warm nature and expertly crafted cocktails. The attentive staff consistently made us feel valued, even with their friendly greetings as we passed by. We absolutely loved choosing this hotel to celebrate my wife's significant birthday and our 35th anniversary ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 5 stars. We've already started planning our next visit.
