Zanpa Cape Lighthouse

Zanpa Cape Lighthouse is one of the few lighthouses open to the public, so we took the kids to experience the feeling of climbing up and enjoying the view from the top. It was quite interesting. Zanpa Cape Lighthouse is the tallest lighthouse in Okinawa, standing at 30.6 meters, and it's the only lighthouse in Okinawa that you can climb to the top.
Zanpa Cape Lighthouse & Zanpa Cape Park are important attractions on Okinawa's west coast. Zanpa Cape is located at the westernmost point of Okinawa's main island, making it a prime spot to witness the island's last sunset. It's one of the famous sunset spots in Okinawa. The Zanpa Cape Lighthouse, being the only climbable lighthouse in Okinawa, offers a spectacular view from its 10-story height, overlooking the dramatic cliffs of Zanpa Cape.
The entrance fee here is 300 yen, which is less than 100 New Taiwan dollars, making it quite affordable. If you have the chance, you should definitely come and experience the breathtaking view from the top!
