🌊 Cape Zanpa Lighthouse in Okinawa: Climb to the top to overlook the jelly sea and cliffs, and try Blue Seal ice cream!

The Cape Zanpa Lighthouse is located in Yomitan Village, the westernmost part of Okinawa Island, and has a magnificent natural coastal landscape. The 30-meter-high white lighthouse is one of the few lighthouses in Okinawa that is open to tourists to climb. After climbing the 99 steps, you can see the 2-kilometer-long cliffs and the blue ocean. If the weather is clear, you can clearly see the clear "jelly"-like water under the reef, and occasionally you can even find leisurely marine life such as tropical fish or turtles.

There is a parking lot under the lighthouse, which is completely free and has plenty of parking spaces, making it very convenient to drive there. The surrounding facilities are complete, including a light meal restaurant converted from an abandoned bus, and the "Blue Seal Ice Cream Truck" that must be eaten in Okinawa. The vanilla purple potato flavor is recommended, which is refreshing and satisfying. If you have enough time, you can also visit nearby diving resorts or experience activities such as go-karting, which is suitable for family or friends to have fun together.
